9 Ways to Cross a Railway II

2011
Book, Letter-pressed, 6" x 3.5"

This is the second iteration of 9 Ways to Cross a Railway. It is a guidebook for elephants made after an accident in India in which a speeding goods train mowed down 7 elephants at a go-slow zone in September 2010. Threading the cross narratives between travel metaphor and the instructions written by the careful rearrangement of the words from The Times of India article describing the accident, a plea for wild life conservation is made.

The Times of India article, which was used as the primary source, can be found here.
